Aconite 30c  Early stages of colds, stomach upsets, diarrhoea or any acute inflammatory process. Good for shock, excitement and fright. Scalds, cuts and wounds that bleed freely.

Arnica 30c  Accidents, shock, fright, mental strain, physical trauma, bruising, concussion, black eyes, haemorrhage.  Feeling "as if sore and bruised", don't want to be touched and say they are okay.

Arsenicum 6c  Feeling “as if poisoned”; weak, exhausted and fearful. Restless, chilly and anxious with burning pains. Second stage of colds with nasal discharge.

Gelsemium 30c  Anticipatory anxiety, withdrawn, trembling, fearful, may have diarrhoea. Slow onset, aches and pains flu, heavy, drowsy and listless.

Hyperica 6c  Nerve damage including suspected spinal cord damage, jammed fingers or toes, puncture wounds, splinters, cuts, bites with shooting pains.

Ledum 6c  Puncture wounds (bites, stings, needle stick injuries), sprains and strains with chilly, painful, stiff areas, better for cool bathing or compresses.

Rhus Tox 6c  Over-exertion, strain, stiffness. Rheumatism
worse from first movement, then improves. Shingles, cold sores, intensely itchy rashes.
