Gelsemium 30c  Physically and mentally exhausted from overwork or anxiety.  Dull, apathetic, withdrawn, can't think. May have headaches with drowsiness, diarrhoea or fitful sleep.

Hepar Sulph 6c  Painful red pimples, cold sores or ulcers. Highly sensitive, touchy and irritable. May have yellow pus.

Ignatia 6c   Grief, shock, hysteria, emotional strain, worry or guilt. Disappointment in love. Homesickness. Sleeping and eating affected.

Kali Phos 6c An excellent nerve tonic. Mental and physical exhaustion from excitement, overwork or worry. Fatigue headaches, humming in the ears, weak sight.

Lycopodium 30c  Anxiety around exams with fear of failure; irritable and sarcastic. Headaches as a result of not eating, digestive uneasiness including 'butterflies', diarrhoea or wind.

Nux Vomica 30c  Over indulgence and reliance on stimulants (coffee, sugar, cigarettes, alcohol). Insomnia. Touchy, hostile, anxious, may pick quarrels.

Pulsatilla 6c  Shy and weepy, better for sympathy, company and open air. PMT with moodiness, menstrual irregularity and discomfort.
