Indications: Chronic sinusitis or thick catarrh. Thick, ropy, yellow, stringy discharge, or so congested that there is no discharge. Catarrhal headache with pain in a small spot. Bronchitis with difficult expectoration, ulcerated throat, hoarseness. Chilly and worse from becoming cold, such as undressing in cold air.
Causation Supressed catarrh; excess alcohol; cold air.
Better: Warmth; motion; pressure; steam
Worse: Cold; damp; on waking; 2-5am, summer heat
Desires: Beer; cold drinks; wine
Aversions: Meat; water; drinks; smoking
