Description
Ferrum metallicum is traditionally used for the symptomatic relief of anaemia with weakness, most often in young adults and teens who are growing quickly, with pale skin but flushed cheeks, for whom activity causes fatigue and breathlessness. Can be over-sensitive, constipated, and experiencing low moods. Better for moving about slowly, worse at night or for exertion. May flush often, from the least exertion, or from pain or emotional challenges. Voracious appetite or none. Dislikes eggs. May experience hammering headaches, focused at the back of the head; vomiting after eating or at midnight; and general coldness.
