You can use homoeopathy for all sorts of skin conditions from acne to warts, and everything in between.
Useful remedies include:
Apis: urticaria with skin that is swollen, hot, red, very itchy and burning.
Alumina: dry rough chapped skin. Intolerable itching when getting warm in bed. Scratches until it bleeds.
Arsenicum: burning pains with itching, must scratch until skin is raw.
Graphites: is helpful for dry eczema with a honey like discharge. Skin is hard, dry and rough. There can be deep cracks especially in the folds such as behind the ears.
Hepar sulph: for boils, abscesses, acne and suppurating sores. Unhealthy skin, that is painful and sensitive to touch.
Nat mur: dry flaky skin and dry hair. Eczema along the hairline, and in the bend of the joints.
Rhus tox: vesicles, blisters and crusty eruptions with extreme itchiness and restlessness. Prickly heat, shingles and chicken pox.
Silica: unhealthy skin with poor healing. Cracks on fingertips, worse in cold weather.
Sulphur: a great skin remedy for dry, red, itchy skin that feels better from but isn’t resolved by scratching. This often leads to further scratching until the skin is raw, burning and bleeding.
