Arnica 30c Symptoms of shock, fright, trauma, bruising, feeling “as if sore and bruised”; don’t want to be touched and say they are okay may be helped by this remedy.
Bellis Perennis 6c Has been used traditionally for symptoms of injuries to soft tissues deep in the body. Bruises to breast tissue. Muscular soreness.
Bryonia 6c Has been used traditionally for the following symptoms: joints red, swollen and hot. Irritability, wants to lie completely still and be left alone. Pain is much worse from movement.
Hypericum 30c Has been used traditionally for symptoms associated with nerve damage of any kind: cuts, crushed fingers or toes, shooting sharp pains.
Rhus Tox 6c May be useful for painful stiffness especially around joints from overstrain or getting wet while hot. Better for movement.
Ruta Grav 6c May be used for symptoms associated with sprains and strains of joints or injuries where bones close to the surface are bruised.
