Description
This kit contains remedies that have traditionally been used to assist with the daily stresses of life:
Aconite 30c Rapid onset of cold or flu symptoms after exposure to cold dry winds or draughts. Not much running nose but burning and prickling of the throat, restlessness and heat, obvious fever. May have a hard, dry cough. Anxiety, apprehension, fear, fright or shock. Repeat hourly for a few doses.
Arnica 30c First remedy to think of in any accident; shock, fright, mental strain, physical trauma, bruising, concussion, black eyes, haemorrhage. Feeling ‘as if sore and bruised’, doesn’t want to be touched and says they are OK.
Arsenicum 6c Feeling ‘as if poisoned’, weak exhausted and fearful – feels they are going to die. Restless, chilly and anxious with burning pains. Second stage of colds with profuse nasal discharge. Can be fastidious and fussy when ill.
Gelsemium 30c Anticipatory anxiety, withdrawn, trembling and fearful, may have diarrhoea. Ailments from bad news. Slow onset, aches and pains, flu, heavy, drowsy and listless with droopy lids and dusky face colour.
Ignatia 6c Grief, shock, hysteria. Emotional and mental strain, worry or guilt. Sleeping and eating patterns affected. Sighing, trembling and unable to cry, or not able to stop. Disappointment in love. Homesickness.
Lycopodium 30c Stage fright, fear of public speaking (does well once started), people or the responsibility of commitment. Low self esteem and confidence but may come across as sarcastic, irritable and bossy. Desires sweet foods and may suffer flatulence and bloating.
Nux vomica 30c Overindulgence and reliance on stimulants (coffee, sugar, cigarettes, alcohol) to get through. Unable to switch off after working late or late night meetings, shift work or travel, resulting in insomnia. Wakes 3-4 am and stays awake. Wakes tired and irritable. Habitual constipation. Nose stuffy at night.
